Samrit is qualified to practice law in Nepal and has experience in litigating in the courts and providing legal advice to individuals and organizations. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Tribhuvan University and Master of Laws from Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, he was active in the International Human Rights Clinic, Advocates for Human Rights, and Harvard Human Rights Journal. Previously, he clerked at the Supreme Court of Nepal and worked for the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance in Nepal.
