Freddy joined Trial International in March 2022 as legal advisor for the Kananga office. A qualified lawyer at the Kinshasa bar since 2017, he has worked with several local and national NGOs in the DRC. Freddy began his collaboration with Trial International in 2019 on multiple cases of international crimes committed in the DRC, including the enforcement of high court final judgments to obtain financial compensation for the benefit of victims.
Freddy holds a degree in criminal law and criminology from the University of Kinshasa and has completed several training courses in human rights and international humanitarian law.
