Julia joined the International Investigations and Litigation Program in November 2021 as a Legal Advisor. During law school, Julia was a clinical student with the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic (HIRC)  and spent her summers at the U.S. Department of Justice and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. She previously worked as an Investigative Analyst at the New York County District Attorney’s Office, working in the Human Trafficking Response Unit and the Trial Division. She has twice interned with the United Nations and has previously worked in Serbia, Geneva, and The Hague.


Julia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs/Political Science (Northeastern University) and a Juris Doctor degree (Harvard Law School). Her working language is English.
