Julie has been a legal advisor in the Great Lakes program since June 2023. Before joining TRIAL International, she contributed to historical-legal investigations in Rwanda and worked with Judge Ronny Abraham at the International Court of Justice. Trained as a lawyer in France, she has also practiced with Parisian law firms specializing in human rights and international criminal law.
Julie holds an LLM in Public International Law from Georgetown University (USA) and a Masters in International Relations from Sciences Po Paris (France).
Her working languages are French, English and German.
