Benoit has been a Legal Advisor in the International Investigations and Litigation program since January 2022. He previously worked as a legal officer at the Geneva Criminal Court of First Instance and as a delegate for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Mali, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Nigeria in the field of protection.
He has a full university education in Swiss law (Lausanne), an LLM in international law (London), a certificate of specialisation in Advocacy and is a qualified lawyer (Geneva). He works in French, English and has knowledge of German.
