Fighting impunity on all fronts

Dear friends,

This month’s newsletter is testament to the wide scope of actions undertaken by TRIAL International to fight impunity on all fronts: from revealing the problematic trades of companies to representing victims in the courtroom, from documenting mass crimes to addressing the international community at the United Nations.

Our organization is also dedicated to promoting good practices that can open new avenues for justice. With this intention, TRIAL International is excited to host a roundtable on universal jurisdiction on Friday 5 April. Bringing together experts and practitioners from across Europe, the discussion will focus on evidentiary challenges in universal jurisdiction cases.
