New presentation, same mission

TRIAL just got revamped! In 14 years of existence, our NGO has become a key actor in the worldwide fight against impunity. It was time this evolution was reflected in our identity as well as in our actions.

Today, we are proud and happy to present our new identity, which reflects TRIAL's very DNA: a dynamic and innovative NGO that opens new ways to justice.

TRIAL has therefore become TRIAL International, and has a new logo and website.

The organization's face has changed, but its mission and vision remain the same. We will continue, with your support, to make justice prevail and fight impunity.

Pilot project due to facilitate access to justice

An EU project, carried out in collaboration with the UNDP, will allow TRIAL International to extend its efforts in the fight against impunity to the east of the DRC.

UN highlights poor child protection in armed conflict

The United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child found severe shortcomings in child protection in Nepal. Former child soldiers are amongst the most affected.

Tunisia

Victory at the UN for a torture victim

Last month, the United Nations Committee Against Torture condemned Tunisia for the torture of Canadian-Tunisian national Taoufik Elaïba. The case was brought by TRIAL International in partnership with ACAT-France.

Training

Law clinic program ends with flying colors

TRIAL International is strongly committed to building up capacity among legal practitioners, including very young ones. Since March, the NGO has conducted a law clinic with students from the Geneva Human Rights Project.
