The many challenges of transitional justice

our first newsletter of 2020 is the bearer of alarming news. Human rights violations continue in Burundi and transitional justice sometimes fails to materialize: Nepal is stuck in a political deadlock and the former president of The Gambia seems to be maneuvering to evade justice.
